3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

4. Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 4715 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required, and all amounts displayed in your account are denominated in RM.
Payment methods accepted by 4715 include, but are not limited to, local eWallets such as Touch 'n Go and Boost, as well as internet banking services such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All deposits are processed through encrypted and secure channels.
- Deposit: Funds are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the method selected. 4715 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.
- Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to security checks. The name on the recipient bank account must match the name registered on your 4715 account.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change from time to time and will be displayed within the platform.
- Transaction cancellation: Approved transactions cannot be cancelled. If you encounter an issue, please contact customer support within 24 hours.
